In 2016, I launched !Q, an internal, employee-run periodical that contextualizes issues of diversity for Droga5 staff.​ For each issue, I selected the topic; briefed designers and creatives; and

oversaw content development and the budget.

For the third issue, The Invisibility Issue, content literally and figuratively removes the lens of privilege, to help understand the lived experiences of diverse individuals in America.
